  1. First major TCC Project Dissemination in Targoviste (September – December 2003)
  • Location: various schools from Targoviste (Romania)
  • Description: Meetings with the teachers from schools and high-schools from Targoviste for presenting new methods and techniques that could be used in the teaching process. One of the presented techniques was WebQuest and its strong connections with the cooperative learning methods. There were also presented the results obtained at the final stage of the On-line Course First Edition: “About WebQuest”.
  • Results: These meetings had a strong influence in the number of requests for attending the On-line Course Second Edition: “About WebQuest”.

  • Location: “Ion Ghica” National College Targoviste (Romania)
  • Description: Meetings with the teachers from different schools and high-schools from Targoviste for presenting the results of the teachers who attended the On-line Course First Edition: “About WebQuest” and the results of the implementation in their classrooms. At this meeting were presented the local coordinators from TCC Project and Bernie DODGE, the parent of WebQuest, as special guest.

  1. Third major TCC Project Dissemination in Targoviste and Targu Jiu (March and May 2004)
  • Location: Targoviste and Targu Jiu (Romania)
  • Description: Physics and Chemistry teachers from Dambovita and Gorj Counties participated in a “Knowledge and Experience Transfer” Program in which two of the participants of the On-line Course First Edition “About WebQuest” from Coresi School presented the results of their WebQuest’ implementations in their classrooms.
  • Results: Due to this action, some teachers from Gorj County expressed their intention to participate to the On-line Course Third Edition: “About WebQuest”.

  • Description: Meetings with the representatives and teachers from high-schools from Urziceni (Ialomita County) for presenting new methods and techniques that could be used in the teaching process. One of the presented techniques was WebQuest and its connection with the computer training methods.
